Purpose
ALL PETS MUST BE CONTROLLED BY THEIR OWNERS
Control means: On leash or tied when on the owners property or walked – UNLESS the owner can provide proof they have a means of adequate control of their pet without restraints.

If a dog attacks or bites, the Sheriff will be notified immediately.
If the Caretaker or Relief Caretaker has to discuss a problem with a member and or their guest, it will be noted in their report. If more than one discussion occurs, over the same problem, the Board will be notified and the matter will be handled in the following ways:
The Board will write the owner reminding them of Park rules and regulations.
A Board member will be assigned to discuss the problem with the owner of the lot, reminding them of the rules and that members are responsible for the actions of their guests.
The Sheriff will be notified and a complaint will be filed.
