Cascade River Park being a recreational, residential, and retirement park for lot owners and their guests, not a park for business venture or rental/lease of lots, trailers or cabins and because of the difficulty and hard feelings caused by enforcing CRCC bylaws and restrictions on non-member guests occupying lots owned by others; the Board of Directors of Cascade River Community Club hereby adopts the following policy:
No cabins, trailers, lots or any part or parcel of Cascade River Park may be rented, leased, lease-option or loaned long-term. Lots shall be occupied by lot owners, or short-term by someone under the direct control of the lot owner. Any other arrangements between lot owners and non-members of CRCC must be with the permission of the Board of Directors of CRCC.
