Cascade River Park is situated in the east part of the Skagit River valley off State Highway 20 near Marblemount, Washington. The entrance to the Park is 4 miles from Marblemount off the Cascade River Road.

Driving Directions

General: Interstate 5 to State Highway 20; East on Highway 20 to the town of Marblemount.

Specific: Interstate 5 to Mt. Vernon, Washington, exit to State Highway 20 East (also known as the North Cascade Highway). Proceed on Highway 20 East through the towns of Sedro Wolley, Rockport and Concrete until you arrive at the town of Marblemount in approximately 45 miles.

At Marblemount, Highway 20 turns 90 degrees to the left (due North.) Instead of turning North, proceed directly straight ahead over a steel bridge that spans the Skagit River. You are now on the Cascade River Road.>

Do not turn right at 1.5 miles onto the Rockport-Cascade Rd, but continue following the Cascade River Road for approximately 4.0 miles where you’ll see the gated entrance and a large sign announcing “Cascade River Park”. The gate is accessible by our member’s cardkey only, 24/7. If you are a guest of a member, be sure to contact them prior to your arrival to create a plan for getting into the Park, and always sign in at the guest registration kiosk just outside of the gate.

Newcomers intending to check out properties for sale must make prior arrangements with the Park office or the seller/real estate agent for an escort. Please reach out to our real estate listing agent Sherry Ruderman at Skagit Tradition Realty via email to coordinate a time and date.
