One of the reasons that many people purchase property here at Cascade River Park is the security provided by having locked gates. The Staff put a lot of time and effort into maintaining the security of the gates by changing locks, regulating keys, key cards, and gate codes. If you, as a member, allow someone who is a non-member into the park, you are accepting responsibility for that person’s actions while they are on park property. Allowing someone into the park can be done by giving/loaning them a gate access key, key card, code, or by simply opening the gate for them.
Policies 4210 and 4450 are 2 policies that apply when it comes to members allowing a non-member into CRP. You can click the buttons below to view the policy. If you are at the gate and someone is trying to enter the park that you do not know, please do not open the gate for them. Non-members looking to view property for sale need to be escorted by a Realtor. It is the responsibility of the member whose property someone is visiting (whether it be a contractor, renter, or friends & family) to provide access in and out of the gate.
If you have questions about either of the policies below or about access to the park for your guests email the office or the board.
