2023/2024 Assessment Statements

This is a reminder that the 2023/2024 Assessment statements will be received within the next week. (They were confirmed to be mailed before the end of this month.) The Assessment rate for 2023/2024 is $1,176/lot. This is separate from the $24/owner Association Dues that is also charged annually per the Community’s documents. 

Please note that the Board has approved for no late fees to be assessed for the 2023/2024 Assessment until October 1, 2023.

Lot Modifications

If you will be making changes to your Lot such as tree removal, building any type of structure or remodeling an existing structure, you will need a Lot Modification Permit.

Applications are available in the office (in person or request via email), on Town Square (Architectural App under documents), and at the reader board near the front gate.

Front gate information

Due to abuse of the gate code that was posted by the restrooms, until further notice, this is no longer active.

Per our gate security protocol – if you are going to have guests visit you at the Park, please let the Administrator know ahead of time. She can issue a temporary code for your guests to use to enter and exit the Park. This is the best way to maintain our security and allow members to have visitors.
