Currently there are no lots offered for sale by Cascade River Park. However, there are private lot owners who may be selling their lot within the park. Search the internet for properties.
To view any lot, you must be escorted by a realtor. We are a gated community with no public access. Staff can not let people in who are not members.
Important notes for Realtors
- All vehicles need to sign in. This includes Realtors. We appreciate your willingness to help keep our community safe by following the rules that help us know who is at the park at any time.
- You will need to get the code for the lockbox BEFORE arriving at the park. There is no cell service at the park. Cell service is most dependable before crossing the Marblemount bridge. Again, there is NO cell phone service near the front gate to the park, so please get all information about the park property while you still have cell service.
- Please do not drive away with the gate access card. Other realtors may need to use the card.
