CALENDAR

The Board of Directors meets monthly on the 2nd Saturday of each month at 2PM (except for June).

These meetings are conducted both in person and via Microsoft Teams.

The June Budget Ratification meeting is held on the 2nd Saturday but at 9 AM

prior to the Annual Membership Meeting at 2pm.

Meeting links will be shared with the membership prior to each meeting.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS' MEETING SCHEDULE

Our governing documents require us to have monthly board of directors meetings on the 2nd Saturday of each month at 2:00 pm. The only exception is the meeting in June, when a board of directors meeting is held at 9:00 am before the annual membership meeting. The annual membership meeting is on the 2nd Saturday in June at 2:00 pm.
